When we bought our property in 2015 we had a very difficult seller to deal with and IRG found a way to ensure the transaction happened smoothly. I highly recommend the services of IRG properties Algarve.

We came to the Algarve 4 years ago with the thought of spending more time in the bright light and warmth for the winter months.

We had a reasonable budget(not millions) to look for a place to call home. We were very fortunate to be introduced to Stephen Anderson in IRG properties.

We outlined our needs and Stephen suggested we take some time to drive around the area with him outside of where we lived in a rental in Vale do Garrao. He had the keys to a number of properties in our budget in different areas which we were unfamiliar with. He knows his way around!!

After two days we knew exactly where we wanted to buy and live.

We took some time  to check out if people lived there in the wintertime and the surrounding area.

Claudia, a director of IRG kept the positivity and practicality of the whole buying  process together while we got our affairs in order.

Finally our money was available

The right house became available and the buying process took 23 days to complete.

We could not recommend Stephen and Claudia enough for all their help and advice.
